Behind the Lens: 72 Hours Documenting a Royal Samode Extravaganza
An intimate insider look into the rhythm, endurance, and quiet sacred moments of a three-day celebration.

Location: Samode, Rajasthan
Three days. Four hundred international guests. Over eighty hours of raw footage. Documenting a high-profile destination celebration requires the precision of a Swiss timepiece and the sensitivity of a painter.
The Physical Rhythm
Our crew operates like a chamber orchestra. Each cinematographer has a distinct focal role: one dedicated to wide master environmental perspectives, another locked onto intimate micro-reactions, a third capturing sound design and detail vignettes.
By operating without radios or loud chatter during ritual moments, the team communicates entirely through non-verbal cues and rehearsed timing.
When the final fireworks dissolve over the Samode ridges at 4 AM, the exhaustion fades, replaced by the exhilaration of knowing we have preserved something that will outlive us all.
